#7 – What you are going through in your life today is not going to stay with you tomorrow. Life is full of impermanence. The moods, reactions, and thoughts that are happening with you in the present situation will not stay forever. If you find it difficult at accomplishing your goals today, you can always have an opportunity the day after. Opportunity is never lost. It comes in many ways and in different forms. Accept the grace of God in whatever way it falls on you. You embrace the grace and build up your confidence. Move to higher levels in your life.

#9 – Do the things exactly opposite to what your depressive voice is suggesting to you. Learn to recognize the negative moments and calls by taking the element of logic in the first place. You must start addressing your voices on an individual basis. You have to decide on an outrightly smart way.

#10 – Become a bit creative, and indulge yourself in activities like painting, hiking, biking, and instrumental music. You can easily push the fatigue aside and those depressive moments are also gone. Creativity empowers your thoughts.
